Courses that are specifically designed to aid students to excel in their high school curriculum while distinguishing them among peers.


SEQ I, MQ1, MQ2  (Grades 7, 8, 9, 10)

Topics covered: numbers, sets, operations, problem solving, algebraic expressions and open sentences, simple equations and problems, introducing logic, using logic, signed numbers, operations with monomials and polynomials, first degree equations and inequalities in one variable, geometry, ratio and proportion, factoring, probability, statistics, coordinate plane, systems of linear equations in two variables, the real numbers, and quadratic equations.

 

SEQ II, MQ3, MQ4 (Grades 8, 9, 10, 11)

Topics covered: introducing geometry, logic, proving statements in geometry, triangle congruence and inequalities, perpendicular and parallel lines, angle sums, quadrilaterals, similarity, special triangles, trigonometry of the right triangle, coordinate geometry, quadratic equations, locus without and with coordinate geometry, transformation geometry and coordinates, probability, mathematical systems and operations with fractions.

 

SEQ III, MQ5, MQ6 (Grades 9, 10, 11, 12)

Topics covered: rational numbers, rational expressions, geometry of the circle, irrational numbers and real numbers, transformation geometry and coordinates, relations and functions, trigonometric functions and graphs, exponential functions, logarithmic functions, trigonometric applications, equations and identities, complex numbers, statistics, probability and the binomial theorem.

 

 

CALCULUS (Grades 11 – 12)

Topics covered: Functions, limits, derivative, differentiation, integration, vector analysis.
